As managing director, I ensure that Worcester Renewable Energy is at the forefront of the renewable energy industry, offering its customers the latest innovative technologies installed to the highest of standards, incorporating premium, best in class, products.

I oversee company governance ensuring it maintains stringent policy and procedures and that all staff have access to the training they require to expertly deliver the highest quality installations for our customers, each and every time.

Driving installations that consistently meet and exceed industry regulations and standards has achieved an unrivalled level of customer satisfaction which we are extremely proud of.

I am a commercial leader with extensive experience in developing long term mutually beneficial business partnerships.

My primary focus is to identify and provide ongoing senior management support to our strategic business partners.

We partner with a select group of premium design & build companies, Passivhaus constructors and architects whose client’s requirements often include a combination of sustainable energy solutions that need to be designed, installed, commissioned, and maintained.

I am committed to ensuring we are adding significant value to our business partners through the expansion of their capability and most importantly, an exceptional customer experience.

Overseeing the detailed design of projects prior to installation is a large part of my role, an incredibly important one which underpins and ultimately leads to systems being specified correctly and performing as designed.

I consult directly with customers prior to installation on specification and location requirements translating these into working documents giving customers assurance that there is a very clear and detailed approach to their installation which all parties can adhere to and reference for a successful installation.

I also manage the timely procurement and delivery of products and equipment to keep projects on time ensuring we meet our customer expectations.

My primary focus is the quality of company installations and the satisfaction of our customers.

As a main point of contact for all installation work, I liaise closely with other members of the construction team, both internal and external, and the end customer so that projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently to the highest of standards.

I treat every installation as if it were my own, and every customer how I would like to be treated, as I want every customer installation to be first class and their experience to be enjoyable and a stress free one, something which unfortunately seems to be rather a rarity in the construction industry.

Supporting the day-to-day operation of the company, I pride myself in ensuring that our customers enjoy a professional experience from initial enquiry through to project completion.

I ensure that all regulatory compliance and certification processes, product warranty registrations and any grant payments are fulfilled, and that customers receive all supporting documentation and certificates for their installation.

I also oversee the ongoing service and maintenance of customer installations ensuring appropriate post installation support is provided as required. If a customer has a concern or query post installation, I ensure it is logged and liaise with the appropriate team to ensure it is promptly resolved.
