Project Summary

A customer who owned a holiday let in Pembrokeshire decided that the installation of a PV system would increase the income from the property as well as reducing running costs. A in roof installation was opted for due to the high prevaling winds from the sea with black frame panels being chosed to keep the install as aethetically pleasing as possible. It was established upon survey of the roof itself that in order for it to last the life cycle of the installation it would be necessary to re-felt and re-batten. This work was all carried out at the time of the installation to make cost effective use of the scaffold.
